Refundable Accommodation Deposit (RAD) of $395,000 or Daily Accommodation Payment (DAP) $90.47 or a combination of both – for example: RAD of $197,500 and DAP of $45.23 (calculated at 8.36% MPIR as @ 20/09/24. MPIR subject to indexation)

Respite

Our respite room is a large room with a bed, bedside table, lounge chair, TV, built-in robe and a private ensuite to ensure total comfort for the duration of your stay. The respite room is conveniently located near the dining room, activities room, hairdresser and the front reception area. You are able to stay for one week and up to nine weeks, depending on availability. We want you to feel a part of our family.

Memory Support Unit

The 11-room wing designated for people diagnosed with dementia is a bright, airy area with two securely fenced courtyard areas and an internal atrium and fountain area. This area is connected to the rest of our facility, and each resident enjoys the freedom to walk around the facility, as the entire building has key-coded doors and is very secure and safe. The doors to this wing are closed for the evening to ensure a quiet space is provided at this time. As with the rest of our facility, residents can go out with family or friends at any time they wish. A small intimate dining area is also part of this wing, which ensures that meal times are not rushed nor too noisy and create a lovely space for the enjoyment of every meal.

During Mum’s final days, all staff we came in contact with were very supportive, with a warm cuddle or caring words to Alec and me. I was particularly grateful to be kept up to date with Mum’s medical and emotional needs. I don’t know how to thank you enough for the excellent work you are doing at Eventide.
